The breakfast options became monotonous. There was little variation each day. This wasn't mentioned, and it made luggage transport difficult! the staff WERE friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

The hotel's location is amazing it's close to the trevi fountain. Check-in was smooth thanks to a lovely front desk employee. My room was very clean and surprisingly quiet given the busy surroundings.
The breakfast selection remained the same each day of my stay. There were limited options beyond cakes croissants and canned juice. Hot items like eggs were not consistently refilled so they were often cold.

The front desk staff provided helpful assistance with directions and local recommendations. They arranged transportation to the airport which greatly simplified my departure. Their attentiveness contributed positively to my overall experience.
